Because our products are delivered digitally after purchase, refunds are generally not available once the files have been delivered, except as described in this Policy or where required by applicable law.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on ModelVault3D.com are digital products. As such, refunds are generally not available after delivery of the purchased files.
Refunds will not usually be granted for:
- mistaken purchases,
- change of mind,
- or incompatibility with a customer’s specific hardware, printer settings, slicer software, or custom technical environment,
unless required by applicable law.
Under applicable UK and EU consumer protection rules, the right to cancel digital content may be limited once delivery has begun, provided the customer was informed of this in advance and, where required, gave the appropriate consent.
2. Defective, Corrupted, or Incorrect Files
If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Please include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- and any supporting screenshots or video evidence, where available.
We will review the issue and may offer, where appropriate:
- technical assistance,
- re-delivery of the purchased files,
- replacement files,
- or a refund if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. After verification, we may offer a refund or another appropriate resolution for the duplicate transaction.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately and notify us as soon as possible.
While fraud and chargeback investigations are primarily handled by the payment provider, we may assist by verifying relevant purchase or account information where appropriate.
